i want to watch divxs and such files on the x360

i read the instructions for transcode360
i got lost: how am i supposed to clean everything? what should i do?
i open direct show and see a ton of lines..what should i delete or uninstall..and how anyway?!

ok suppose im done, i want to try..what do i do? do i start windows media center? and then what? should i share the movie like it was another format or what

cmon people..im totally lost here dont be so obscure..
do i need a fast fast computer to strem such video or what? i stream videos that arent divxs pretty good...but who knows..
