Vista is now known to work with T360. What is missing is proper packaging to make it install smoothly on the OS.

I too am using Vista and I got the T360 to install but when I run it with my XBOX 360 it doesn't start. I am running RC1 of vista. Any ideas on how I might be able to get around this problem? The message that shows up when I try to transcode on my xbox360 is "unable to load add-in".

Let me know if anyone has experienced.

thanks,

Hi Runtime.

Transcode 360 saved my life (well it saved me hours of my life writing a batch file to recode my AVIs from my Canon camera so I can view them on my XB360). However, my Media Center is now running Vista, and I can't even get T360 to install (T360 is requiring I install the .NET FW redist, and well, Vista doesn't like that too much). Any chance you could at least adjust the installer so it doesn't require installation of the framework, and we can see how well it works (or doesn't).

Or I'm going have to spend hours on my batch file again...

Thanks!
